I agree with the other posts. Make a plan for yourself. Also please be careful with your sugar intake; it really can cause some health issue in the long run. Best of luck to and for you dear.

I'm a salt and pepper type of gal. Since doing the Whole 30, I've learned to rely solely on Salt pepper and various Mrs. Dash's.

Honestly, It depends on my mood. I can press my weight or higher; depending on who I'm working out with, too.

I'm not at my goal weight yet. I still have 25 lbs left. I've been focusing on toning as well.
