For those of you that take bootcamp classes (some legs, arms, jogging, ect) How do you log it?

What oil or spray do you use before cooking?
That "0 Calorie" Olive Oil Spray is a lie. I'm wondering what you use before cooking eggs, ground turkey...ect. I usually use 1tsp of olive oil, but is there a lower calorie alternative?

Hi there, I'm a bit frustrated because I have been "good" all week and I didn't lose any weight on the scale.
