What oil or spray do you use before cooking?

That "0 Calorie" Olive Oil Spray is a lie. I'm wondering what you use before cooking eggs, ground turkey...ect.
I usually use 1tsp of olive oil, but is there a lower calorie alternative?

Generally all oils and fats that we cook with are the same amount of calories per Tbsp, give or take 10 calories. Olive oil is a very healthy fat and you should continue to use it.

I don't use spray, just pure coconut or olive oil. 0 calorie sprays aren't really healthy and there isn't really an in between option. I also use cast iron pans which, once properly seasoned, don't require much oil.0
