My Daily Goals....Please Advise! Confused...

Calories Carbs Fat Protein

Based off the totals MFP are giving me...it's saying to eat 66%carbs/16%fat/18%protein. Right? Based off the grams that they've calculated for me?

Please tell me if I don't see something here.
I'm wondering how I should adjust my gram goals because I know I'm supposed to be getting more protein and fats than it's telling me.

I am 5'4"/150lbs trying to lose 10lbs. I have it set to lightly active since I workout/walk/cardio about 5 days/week.

    Mine has given me a goal of 55% carbs, 30% fat and 15% protein, with the same calorie intake as you.
    I also don't know if I feel it's right to be honest, I feel like the protein should be higher? I wonder if the goals take into account how frequently you exercise?

    A lot of people have said MFP gives them too low of a protein intake. You can change that - I'm just not sure how at the moment - somewhere under settings I think.
