Not Happy With Myself.
It's been a month since I went to the gym. A MONTH. I haven't been tracking my food on here, either. I look in the mirror, and i can just see how much it's affecting me. I need to get back in the swing of things but I have absolutely no drive to do so. I just want to crawl in bed and eat crackers all day.

I go over my daily recommendation for sugars almost every day. Is this affecting my weight-loss alot or no?

I must be doing something wrong.
I've been going to the gym regularly and for the most part eating healthy...yet I've GAINED weight since I joined the site. I don't really know what else I can change. It's really discouraging to get on the scale after a good workout and see that all your hard work isn't paying off.

Walking to class?
This might be a silly question, but I just wanted to know if I should count the time I spend walking to class and other places on campus as part of my daily exercise? My campus is very big, so I do walk a considerable amount of time during the day. So should I put it on here towards my daily exercise goal, or no?
