I go over my daily recommendation for sugars almost every day. Is this affecting my weight-loss alot or no?

I've asked this same question before. If your sugars are mainly coming from fruits, then that is fine. They mean refined sugars such as sweets.0

I would suggest trying a week with low sugar and a week with higher sugar and compare the results.
For me, more sugar = more cravings....that's what it typically does in the body..

I have the same problem. I am sure it is slowing me down. I need to find a way to cobat it but all my fruits have so much sugar.0

If your sugar is coming from natural sources like fruit or milk, it's fine. If it's refined sugar and added sugar in processed foods, you need to keep it within your sugar allowance.0
