How often do you weigh yourself?
I find myself on the scale first thing ever morning and sometimes at night but I record my morning weight all the time.

What are you doing with your big clothes?
I am still trying to figure out if I will get them altered, sell them or give them away.....I know I won't need them anymore!!!

What do you consider tank top ready? This is directed to bot
For me...it's when the tank top does not hug that little love handle on the side. Hopefully in another two weeks......I'm there. What say you?????

Tank Tops & Flip Flops
What are you doing to get ready for the warm weather? It is so easy to get side tracked with work, kids, school, alergies, illness or what ever........but make sure you get some sort of a workout in each day or at least cut back on your portions if you have to eat bad. If you know you have bad knees....don't hit the pavement and run.....do low impact cadio.....its not gonna be cute 2 years from now when you walking like Charles Barkley in that Taco bell Commercial....... My funny advice for Monday....LOL

5 Pound Challenge Participants- WEIGH IN TODAY
We began 1/8/10 and worked hard through 1/22/10 and today is our weigh in. I started out at 243 and today I am at 237.4....I lost 5.6 pounds by exercising and staying under my calorie count! Gotta keep it going!!!!!
