thats a good point. we have a contract with coca cola and they provide us with 12oz bottles of water, so I am getting about 36-48oz of H2O a day.

Nice...I did the 1/2 marathon November 2008 in Atlanta on Thanksgiving...had a blast. Good luck with the training. Do you know which one you will be running yet? Try to pick a place that is warm.....
