Anyone out there taking any supplements that increase calorie burning or energy? If so, what?

    I don't do that but there are some natural things I do.

    Having a significant amount of Vitamin C everyday helps your body burn calories as energy instead of storing fat.
    Having low fat dairy each day helps prevent stomache fat.
    Increasing the intake of antioxidants from acai, blueberries, and green tea helps with weight loss and helps your brain.

    Just a few things I have picked up.
