high sugar content in dates...
so, i love dates (bacon wrapped? with cream cheese?... or just by themselves), and was bummmmmed to see how high their sugar content is... so, googling brought me to this: http://nutritionfacts.org/video/are-dates-good-for-you/ hopefully this is accurate, but either way, takes away a bit of the guilt!
