high sugar content in dates...

so, i love dates (bacon wrapped? with cream cheese?... or just by themselves), and was bummmmmed to see how high their sugar content is...

hopefully this is accurate, but either way, takes away a bit of the guilt!

    They are really high in sugar but it is natural sugars so I don't track them. I love dates as a snack and there is NO WAY I am going to stop eating them!
