Oatmeal-Grits
I'm back after taking waaay too long off. I haven't gained any weight thank god but I haven't lost any either. Anyways, I went to the store the other day and bought plain instant grits. I always see people talking about oatmeal but never the instant grits. I was wondering if it was okay to eat them because I'm not really a…

Returning to finish what I started.
Hi! I'm Kayla, I joined at the beginning of the year, lost 12 lbs then mommy life kinda got in the way. My little one was 3 months then, she's 10 months now and I'm ready to look as good as I did before I got pregnant. Firstly, I don't know where to begin. I know it's a lot harder to lose the baby fat post-partum so I'm…

Need help
I'm on a very low budget right now as I'm only 20, most of my money goes towards my daughter, just lost my job and moved back in with my parents. The only things I have to cook and eat right now is chicken, celery, turnip greens, salad, carrots and the rest is canned food. I'm having a hard time figuring out meals to cook…

Sigh, rant!
I fell off the wagon for a few days:( The one thing I hate about being broke and literally having only 10 dollars to my name and living off my parents food once again is that I eat what they eat. We all went out the other day and they ended up going to Captain D's. I couldn't refuse /: I got the 2 pc fish and chicken meal,…

This is just a random post to get my feelings out
I used to not care what I put in my body. If it tasted good I'd eat it. Then when I got pregnant it got worse and I ate non stop no matter what it was. Then I gained 65 lbs and none of it came off after I had her. I looked at my parents and saw all the medications they take and how they eat and I know their health issues…

My right arm is hurting a lot more than my left since I started weight lifting . You would think my left arm would be hurting but it doesn't hurt at all. I can't even straighten it out all the way and it feels really heavy.

four month old waking during the night
It started when she was three months but she still does it. Sometimes every hour and a half to two hours and the only way to get her to go back to sleep is giving her a bottle. It just seems a little too much to be eating every hour 1/2.When will it stop?

tracking meals ?
this may have been asked before but when you're making a meal that has mixed ingredients like chili or spaghetti or whatever how do you put that in? Cause I don't know how many of which ingredient I'm getting.

exercises
I've asked a few times about routines but I know absolutely nothing about working out, balancing calorie input and output to get the best weight loss. I've been trying to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. I've been pretty much doing basic stuff. crunches, pushups, lunges, knee extensions, squats etc and some days…

Workout routine
What does your workout consist of? I'm looking for new ideas. I'm getting kind of bored of staring at the wall when I'm on the treadmill.

Foods to avoid?
I'm looking for some ideas of foods that I should and should not be eating. I'm keeping track of my calories but are there certain foods I need to cut out of my diet that will keep me from losing weight?

I don't know where to begin or if I even have the strength
I'm a mom to a 4 month old and I rarely have time to even do the dishes. The only exercise equipment I have is a treadmill. I have little self confidence so it's hard to believe that I can actually lose 50 lbs and get to my goal weight. I have no support system cause everyone in my family is junk food and good ole "country…

New and would love some tips.
Hi. I decided to finally after all these years do something about my weight. I was always pretty self conscious about my size and that put a lot of stress on me and I just started to eat the stress away. I just recently had a baby and I gained 60 lbs /: It's pretty hard to find time to exercise with her and the only…
