Hi! I'm Kayla, I joined at the beginning of the year, lost 12 lbs then mommy life kinda got in the way. My little one was 3 months then, she's 10 months now and I'm ready to look as good as I did before I got pregnant. Firstly, I don't know where to begin. I know it's a lot harder to lose the baby fat post-partum so I'm looking for anyone who can tell me a workout they did to get their body back. I'm a stay at home mom so I have all the time in the world (when not chasing after my daughter) to workout I just need something to stick with instead of going from workout to workout.
Thanks(:
Thanks(:

If you want to lose fat (not build muscle), I recommend an IIFYM sort of diet, which involves eating fewer calories each day than your body requires. I lost 2 kg in about 3 weeks doing it. However, you might want to check with a doctor to see if that's okay, to make sure you're getting enough nutrition if you're breast-feeding. At 10 months, you might be okay though, but better safe than sorry.
Dropping starches also helps - for those 3 weeks I went without grains and starches. Basically, bread, anything made with flour, pasta, rice, potato, and corn, I gave up for 3 weeks and it really helped make a difference.0
