So yesterday I just got on youtube and followed along someone doing the first day of insanity.
Let me tell you something..
No.
Screw that crap. Let me quit smoking and lose a few more pounds before I try that.
To the people who have done it, I applaud you. I got 9 mins in and was sweating my as$ off and huffing and puffing.
I think I'll stick to Jillian Michaels and lifting.

Insanity is not for everybody, BUT A great thing about the workout, as with and DVD is that you go at your own pace. You are not required or expected to go at the same pace as they are on the vids or even the people next to you.
Any movement is good movement.0
