exercises

I've asked a few times about routines but I know absolutely nothing about working out, balancing calorie input and output to get the best weight loss. I've been trying to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. I've been pretty much doing basic stuff. crunches, pushups, lunges, knee extensions, squats etc and some days I'll just get on the treadmill twice a day fifteen minutes at a time. I have no money or time to go to a gym or buy weights. Will this be good enough to build muscle and burn fat if I'm staying under or at my calorie goal? and any really good websites for strength training or cardio would be awesome. sorry for long post(:

Yes it should. You really don't need a ton of time or money to accomplish your goals. Some of the best ways to gain muscle and shred body fat is via training with your own body weight. Just mix up your cardio and strength training days. It's ok to do both in the same day, but when it comes to strength training you need to give your body time to recover. But eating healthy like you are and doing the exercises you are doing you should see results for sure. But jut remember you are adding muscle and shredding fat, so the results on the scale can be misleading as often you will gain lbs from the muscle. So focus more on changes to your body composition (bf %, waist size and other measurements, etc). Good luck and keep up the good work!
