kidney stone problems?
does anyone struggle with kidney stones? I was diagnosed with them in both kidneys and wondering if any other PCOS gals have this issue. My doctor thinks this is related and I am just wondering. I am working on my diet to hopefully resolve this. Any help would be great.

So I was just diagnosed with kidney stones and have them in both kidneys and have only passed on that I know of. I am changing my diet significantly since mine are uric acid and I have low pH. I have really bad osteoarthritis in my right knee and I am really struggling with the squats. My doc doesn't want me to even do squats but I really like my cross fit work outs. What are your options? I really need some motivation to stick with it.
