What is the best (most nutritious) Greek Yogurt??
There are way to many Greek Yogurts to choose from! I love them and I've been trying a lot of different brands, but which is the best in terms of protein, carbs, sugar, calories, etc?? Is there a list somewhere that I can compare them or something?? Thanks... ~Sheila

Where do you buy your health foods??
A lot of people I know buy their protein powder, granola bars, vitamins, etc. all online. Why wouldn't you just buy them in a store? Can you get better stuff online, are they cheaper?? What do you purchase online and which sites do you like the best?

Daily calories/BMR question
So my calories for the day are 1340, but I calculated my BMR at about 1560. Eating fewer calories than my BMR is putting my body into starvation mode, and that's not good. Why do u think my calories are so low? Maybe I messed something up or I'm justnot getting something? ~Sheila
