Daily calories/BMR question

So my calories for the day are 1340, but I calculated my BMR at about 1560. Eating fewer calories than my BMR is putting my body into starvation mode, and that's not good. Why do u think my calories are so low? Maybe I messed something up or I'm justnot getting something?

You probably set your goals to "lose 2lbs/week"0

You need to be eating above your BMR, especially if you are exercising as well. Just manually change your daily calorie goal to some healthier digits0
