I am 32 years old. I have a job that has horrible hours, i live at home with my boyfriend and two of his children (both boys, other two are in college) none of the three at home eat healthy or exercise. is it true?
I was told that if you eat hotter spicer foods that it helps you burn fat faster? Does any one know if this is true or not! I am sure it has to do with what yu eat but i guess in just looking for the true answer if any one out there knows!

I work in a hospital on a busy floor most of the time I work out on the floor how ever due to things I am on light duty and working behind the desk. not hungry??
I have been going through alot the past couple of weeks and have not been really hungry. I am losing the weight, but worried that I am not losing it in a healthy way. I have also noticed that as the days go on I eat less and less. I am drinking plenty of fluids just don't have any desire for food. What should I do ?

New and hoping this works
I have tried many diets and have failed no matter how much money or time i have spent on them. I am in great hopes that this helps I had a family member tell me about it and am willing to give it my all. If any one has an ideals or any help i am open to anything.
