Does any one have any work outs they would like to share that are low key but still help burn the fat ? I was recently in a car accident in December that left me with a neck and back strain :ohwell: .. Not exactly the best work out body. However i really want to lose this weight and am willing to do it slowly til my body heals but just don't want to put it completely on hold. So if any one has an ideas would love to hear them!

    How about those bikes where your back and neck is supported? Do you hurt too much to walk? I am sorry you were in a car accident, hopefully you will feel better soon
  • I was in a motorcycle accident last year and was able to do SOME yoga.I would definately check with my doctor though.

    Swimming, aqua aerobics, that sort of thing
