I'm 5ft 5 and 124 pounds. What should i set each goal to (Carbs, protien, sugar, calories, fat etc) ??? I seem to be constantly going over on Sugar and carbs so i think i might have set them too low?? Is water really important when losing weight?
I try and drink as many glasses of water i can a day but the most i can usually get through is 4-5 glasses. If i try my best to drink 8 glasses is this going to make much difference to my weight loss?? Thanks Emma x
