HELP! What should my goals be?

I'm 5ft 5 and 124 pounds.

What should i set each goal to (Carbs, protien, sugar, calories, fat etc) ??? I seem to be constantly going over on Sugar and carbs so i think i might have set them too low??

Could someone please have a look at my diary and tell me what would be a sensible amount for each of the above, it would help me out a lot!
