Calorie intake too much or too little?
I'm 5'5 and 200lbs.. I workout 3-5 x a week and eat healthy (for the most part.. Check out my diary!) anyways it's been a month and I haven't lost any weight! 2 weeks no weight loss.. Help!
So I'm 5'5 and weigh 200lbs and have a psw job. Lightly active. Plus I use a treadmill for jogging/walking switching up incline for 60 minutes about 4-5 times a week. Counting calories
I hate the fact that I have to count calories... Logging every last thing I eat.. So annoying. How does anyone keep track of how much calories are going in without counting? How do you keep track of calories burned? I find MFP exaggerates a tad. What's everyone doing for this stuff?

Weightloss has come to a halt for me for the past 2 Months now.. Getting discouraged.. Plateau blues/question/help!
Tried upping/lowering calories.. Eating (fairly) healthy and daily exercise.. So Wtf 1 month with No weight loss!.. Could someone check out and analyze my diary-- maybe u can see where I'm going wrong. I don't wanna be 194lbs forever .. :( this is so discouraging
