I'm 5'6", 181lbs and I eat 1970 a day.
But I'm only set up to lose 1lb a week and I use the TDEE-average method, so my exercise cals are already included.0 -
I'm 5'7" and about 185 and I'm set up for 1800 net calories a day (but I'm nursing part-time).0

I'm 5'6 and started at 220lbs. MFP had me at 1550 calories to begin with, but I had it set at losing 1lb a week. Actually, I think I was 190lbs when I started on here as I'd already lost 30.
After reading that in place of a road map thread I decided to increase my calories a bit and I've manually changed my goal to 1650 and swapped the percentages round a bit to have more protein and less fat and carbs.
I started off, nearly a year ago, always being way under my calorie goal. Once I increased what I ate, I lost more. I weigh 157 now.
I also make sure I change the exercise I do a bit. When I started doing more classes I lost more. I do a real mix - boxercise, LBT, Zumba, core stability, aerobics, step aerobics, spinning, PT sessions with lots of weights, cardio gym sessions......0 -
5'7 and now 185. I eat 2400-2600 daily. I net about 1650. I average 1lb/week.0
