Sorry I have been missing. My DH who was battling cancer lost his battle on Oct 25th. But I need to fulfill my promise to him and get some more of this weight off. So it is time to get back to the grindstone. So it is time to lose just one!

Ok so I forgot to come here yesterday. Oh well who missed me. NO ONE thats who. But that is ok. I did ok yesterday pretty well stayed in with my clean eating and got over 5000 steps in yesterday. Will do so again today. Then tomorrow morning will be my weigh in day. Hopefuly I will be down just one more lb.

Not as much exercise today but still have over 5000 steps today. Still have about 400 calories I need to eat. But over all it has been a good day.

Think I did ok with the clean eating today and got in over 8000 steps today. Rough day at work had to start putting locks on all units weather they were rented or not. Which is where all the steps came in today.

Ok start of a new week for me. I am starting my own challenge of eating clean for 8 weeks. This weeks main goal is nothing white unless it is a veggie. No white bread, no pasta, no rice. So I have basically taken the weekend off. Will track my steps today but don't think I will get my 5000 in today as I have spent most of my day in my sewing room. But I needed my sewing time today. As of right now I am at 2500 steps.

Ok so seems as if it is just me. Why do people join a group and then never say anything. This is ok I told myself when I started this group if I was the only one then so be it. I am doing this for me. So todays goal 5000 steps, water, water, water. I am strong and I will do this just one little step at a time.

Good Morning to all, Good morning lurkers, off to a slow start this morning. But still headed in the right direction. So once again my goals for the day are: 5000 steps, water, water, and more water, and no smokey gouda cheese as I over did the cheese yesterday. Have a great day everyone.

This week is just flying by before we know it the weekend will be here. Today I will get in those 5,000 steps and get all my water in. Next week I will raise my steps up to 6,000. Running a little late this morning. So what are your goals for the day?
