Morning Workout: Eat before or After?
Hi All, I got up to work out at 6AM today (yay me) and I was wondering should you eat before or after the workout? I wasn't hungry so I drank a lot of water and now I am going to eat my breakfast. Let me know what you all think!

HELP!!
I need some help! How do people stay motivated? There's sometimes where i'm really into this and ill exercise like everyday and eat well and then others I won't exercise for a few days and pretty much eat whatever I want. Help me please!!!

sodium is my enemy
Does anyone have any suggestions or foods that I can eat that have less sodium?? I started getting frustrated because I wasn't losing weight and now i've started to track sodium...and i can see that is my ultimate problem!!!! Someone please help meeeee!!!

So discouraged
So i worked REALLY hard this week and i was under my calorie goal every single day. i worked out over my goal and almost burned a pound of fat just from working out. And yet I weigh myself this morning and I am exactly the same weight. What is going on? I am soooooo discouraged right now. :(

I really need support right now

Ever since I started working out more and counting calories i've actually been less hungry than normal. Is anyone else like that? Is that okay? I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Lean Cuisine
I just started to eat more lean cuisine. I know that frozen food has a lot of sodium in it and that is why i kind of shied away from it before..but i have to say they are really teaching me portion control and they taste AWESOME. I'm a fan.
