How many workout days?

So right now I am aiming towards 6 days a week to work out. I want to give myself a day of rest. How many days a week do you guys work out?

    I work out 5x a week and take the weekends off.

    well due to my job, i consider every day some sort of workout. But days at the YMCA = 3 a week.

    I aim for 5-6 days. 3 is cardio+strength training && 2-3 is straight cardio. Saturday is optional for me but i always recover on my weigh-in day!

    usually 4-5 days. on my off days i normally aim for atleast taking a walk
  • 3 x per week: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. This allows me to take care of my other responsibilities during the work/school week.

    I workout everyday but Sunday! :)

    Six days a week. It's important to rest and let your muscles repair once a week. :-)

    My schedule is:

    2.5 hour walk (with hills) once per week

    1 hour Zumba class 2x per week.

    On the days off I do the Shred video

    Sunday I don't do any workouts.

    I aim for at least 6 days a week. Sometimes I'll do all 7 but one or two days are a little bit lighter than the other days (such as a long walk, or a 15-minute run instead of the usual 30-60 minutes in the gym).

    5-7 days a week. I do strength & cardio on alternating days and occasionally I'll take an hour log walk on Sundays.

    I try for 5 days, as usually cant do tuesday (family commitments) and then have a day off over the weekend, usually a friday or saturday.

    since i workout in my livingroom, i only workout when i know NO ONE will be stopping by. So I work out 4 days a week!

    I go for 6x a week. I usually look at the week ahead and see what day is going to be crazy busy and take that one as my day off so I don't get overly stressed or feel horrible when I don't get workout in that day.

    I workout 5 days a week, Weds and Sunday are my rest days. M/F 45 minute bootcamp & 1 hour Zumba, T/Th 1 hour weights, 45 minutes Zumba Toning, Sat is 1 hr Zumba.

    Ive been working out everyday Since April 6th. Ive only missed one day. I workout because I enjoy it and its an outlet for me. :smile:
