I've had two really bad days of eating and didn't get a chance to exercise. I am looking for more people to support me!! Please help if you can. Your support means the world. You can add me as a friend!!

Don't worry. Just start again 2mrw! I've had those days where I eat everything I want and then feel guilty but I've realized this is a very long and hard journey and PERSISTENCE is the key!! Keep looking at 2mrw as a diffrent day!0

Aw! Chalk it up to experience and get back to your routine in the morning! Ramp up your exercise block a bit for a day or two and your body won't even know you went walk about for a couple of days! LOL! we all fall of the food wagon at times, we just get up and keep on going and you can too. Good luck to you!0

I think the first two or so weeks I was on here, I messed up every day, but I just kept trying until it finally clicked. Tomorrow is a new day and you can do it! Yesterday was my wedding anniversary and I went over my calories....big time....who knew Margaritas had SO many calories ---- I do now.....+ didn't feel so good today, for obvious reasons, so I didn't get to exercise either....but I will tomorrow0 -
I thought I was going to be doing pretty well today, because my husband is sick and not eating. I didn't eat lunch and just had 2 pieces of Friendship bread, oatmeal and a cup of coffee for breakfast. So for dinner I had eggs (2), toast (2 pcs) and 2 sm pieces of spam. I went over my 1260 calories @ : (
I will have to get used to how many cals that the foods I eat have. There's good days and bad ones.0 -
You're going to have good days and bad days. The reason I love this site is I can see exactly what I need to do to make up for my "mistakes." Today for example tonight I went over on my calorie limit but justified it by committing to going for a walk with my bf after the football game. We're heading out now...0

Everyday is a new day! Today is not yesterday! Just take it one day at a time! You can do it!0
