Best Lower abs workout? c-section mommy tummy
Hey everyone! Was looking for the best lower abs workout to help with my belly sag.. pouch thingy we get after having 2 csections and bad eating habbits! I know I can't spot tone, but I have a line up of exercises already to complete my circuit i'd like a good exercise I can do 3 sets of! thanks!!

Work Out Schedule
Wondering what everyones work out schedule is?! I just joined a gym and they helped put together a workout for me t do 2x a week.. with cardio the other 3x (im doing c25k) I do 3 sets of each: 1. Favorite at home exercise?
Whats your Favorite at home Exercise? I Usually make up my own full body workouts incorporating upper, lower, strength, core, and cardio type stuff and Im looking for some more fun exercises! I usually integrate upper and lower body stuff. My favorite is squat press-ups :-)

Mon 4/14 30 Day Shred
I Plan on following this schedule,Mon-tues-thur-fri doing 30 day shred, then weds and staurdays doing 30 minutes of cardio and resting on sunday. I will be doing 30+ minutes of either rowing, eliptical, or walking/running. Was wondering If anyone wanted to start with me on Monday 4/14>?

pics After C-sections?
I've had 2 c-sections within the last 3 years, just had one 3 months ago with my son. I was wondering if anyone has any before and after motivational pics after c-sections? After my first daughter i went from 235 to 139lbs then stabilized around 150's.. I went up to 205 with my son and am now down to 169 (after 3 months)…
