Starting a new workout Plan to get back into shape and start lifting again!! Heres the routine Im doing wanted to see if anyone else wanted to follow with me? : Help motivate eachother!

    But.. but.. it says it makes women "lean and sexy".. And it shows a picture of a lean, sexy woman.

    If you are starting out and new to lifting I'd look at something like Stronglifts 5x5. It focuses on the main compound lifts without all the accessory lifts, which as a beginner you don't need. There is a SL5x5 group on here which will give you some great info. Getting a body like those women comes down to very low bodyfat which is due to diet, with having a decent muscle base.
