Mon 4/14 30 Day Shred

I Plan on following this schedule,Mon-tues-thur-fri doing 30 day shred, then weds and staurdays doing 30 minutes of cardio and resting on sunday. I will be doing 30+ minutes of either rowing, eliptical, or walking/running.

Was wondering If anyone wanted to start with me on Monday 4/14>?

    Yay!! Ok fun! Have you done the whole program before? I have done level 1 a few times but never stuck to it.

    I started this on 4/10 so I just completed my 5th day today....just makes me realize how out of shape I am!! Will be good to have partner's in this. I'm in a wedding in a month so I have to stay dedicated!
