Pledge update :-)

MFP Calories ???
So I have a goal to maintain 2600 calories a day + what ever I gain (calories) in exercise...I eat 5 to 6 times a day and really struggle to use my calories...how about the rest of MFP...do y'all get close to goal...also I find that I spill over on sugars and sodium on most days....thoughts anyone?
