Travel ???

Good morning MFP fam ! I travel alot and would like some feedback about how y'all might deal with the "road" when it comes to eating and exercising. I seem to do ok, but have found myself slipping in the last few weeks. Any thoughts??? Thanks !!! :happy:

    Pack healthy snacks and running shoes. That's what helps me stay on track when I travel for work (which is often).

    I feel your pain! I do a lot of international travel so its a lot of long airplane rides and and airport transfers full of fast food! I tend to pack my own snacks that will get me through the trip, which can often be about 24-36 hours depending on where I am going. However, if I find a place where I can have a healthier option during travel I will go for it. International carriers are a little better about making healthy meal options, but not always.
