Light Blue Cheese
Is it better to buy a light blue cheese or to make one? I have never tried either but want to have a low calorie version of wings and blue cheese tonight. Which is most worth it? Or should I just use less of a brand I know is good but higher calorie count?

Adding Fiber powder to pasta sauce
Is this a good idea? I wanted to add more fiber and I wasn't sure if it was a good idea. I am making a standard size bottle of sauce and wanted to add 2 tbsp. of fiber powder? Have you done this before? Good/bad idea? How much would you use?

How much is 2 oz. of spaghetti (weighed dry) equal once it is cooked? Is it a cup?

Gain on second WI normal?
Last week, I finished my first 7 days using MFP while doing phase 1 of south beach. I lost 8 lbs which surprised even me. This week I gained a pound back after adding carbs back into the diet. I am not discouraged, but I want to know if that is pretty normal considering the extreme diet I was on during my first week.

Always going over on protien on my goal settings
Is there a way to adjust the settings for protein and so on? I am always going over but I do much better with a lot of protein and little carbs. I can't find a place to adjust these settings.
