Is it better to buy a light blue cheese or to make one? I have never tried either but want to have a low calorie version of wings and blue cheese tonight. Which is most worth it? Or should I just use less of a brand I know is good but higher calorie count?

"light" nearly always has a lot more sugar than real dressing.
Better off with the real blue cheese dressing. Has good fat in it.
My wife makes it at home from a recipe she found on line.
This one is the same.

This way you know exactly what is in the recipe.
An alternative variant is replacing the mayo with Greek yogurt.
With Mayo, it should be Duke's or Helman's. The two lowest or no carb mayo's out there. Best tasting too.0 -
