I just read on Dr. Weil's site a recommendation of working up to 40 grams of fiber per day. This was in an article about an antinflammatory diet. Do you count the walk to work or no?
I walk 30 minutes to work; 30 minutes home. The route is half moderate incline and half extreme incline. What's the best food scale?
I went to buy one this morning and all they had was one which measures in kg. The breakdown was as low as 200gm with 5 measurement lines in between each 200gm marker. Is that low enough or should I be looking for a smaller one and one that will also weigh in ounce? This one seems like it may be too high in its units.
