Body measurements-which ones to track?

Which body measurements are you tracking in addition or instead of waist, hips and neck?

    thighs
    calfs
    and strangely my shoulder span and foot length

    Neck 14 in.
    Waist 27.5 in.
    Hips 36 in.
    Body Fat Percentage 25.4
    Body Mass Index 23.4
    Basal Metabolic Rate 1,398.4
    Calf 15 in.
    Thigh 22 in.
    Upper Arm 12.2 in.
    Forearm 9.5 in.
    Chest 38 in.
    Wrist 6 in.

    I got rid of the neck measurement - I measure waist, hips, bust.

    How do you add them to this site for your progress report? Or do you just keep track of it yourself. I've been trying to figure out how to change a setting to do this. Thanks for your help!
