What's in YOUR garden?? A great way to grow your own veggies and eat them of course. We're growing tomatoes, celery, cauliflower, green peppers, yellow peppers, cucumbers and I'm trying a sweet potato. I've never grown a sweet potato before. I stuck it in a mound like a potato and we'll see what happens.

How to log Jillian's Yoga Meltdown?
I want to account for my Jillians Michaels Yoga Meltdown on my exercising. I'm revisting my level two 30 minute yoga workout of hers, but I'm not sure how to log it into my daily exercise routine. Any suggestions? Is it just regular 'yoga' or is hers considered something else?

Low carb?
I keep reading about doing low carb. I haven't done that so I"m a bit curious and wonder if that may help my weight loss. What is considered a low carb diet? How much are you consuming for it to be 'low'? What is on your list of foods that you avoid? Thanks!
