So upset...18 calories over
I'm 18 calories over my goal for today.
Should I exercise this late?
Do you think I'd have to eat back the extra calories?
Do you think my BMI would be affected?
Do you think I should take selfies for before/after the 18 calories?
Should I increase my overall calories or decrease them?
If I have a calories deficit tomorrow will I enter starvation mode?
Lord I hope this doesn't lead to fat shaming...or burro shaming. I couldn't handle it. :noway:

OH NOOOO NOT 18 CALORIES OVER !!
ur going to be fine.... sheesh lol... its not that big of a deal... 18 is like a penny comapired to a twenty dolar bill... its NOTHING to get worked up about...0 -
So, you slipped up a day. It's okay, like my friend has told me on my few slip up days: "You've been doing great, just think of it as a 'reward' and remember that you can always do even better tomorrow."
Because if you beat yourself up over it, you'll go crazy!0 -
I think you should rage quit and eat a whole batch of brownies. You've already blown it, anyway.0
-
I think your life is probably over.
JK, the amount of energy you spent stressing over this prob burnt off those 18 and then some.
Nice troll post.0 -
Lol, I just re-read your post and you're obviously kidding. And you're funny, too!0
-
18 cals over? Gosh! Why 18? You would be fine if you've stopped at 17. Now all your hard work is gone!0

Bless this.0 -
I'm 46 calories over..but it's a bag of chips. And a small one at that! I haven't had chips in forever so why not, one bag won't kill me.
Normally I would be distressed but...it's ok. c:0 -

I'm onboard with this. Peanut butter swirled brownies.0 -
Your life is over. Sorry. That's just it. You ate 18 calories of death and destruction.
Great thread. God bless.0 -
Oh dear.
Well a 125 lb person burns 41 calories per half hour of typing, so do some more typing and then eat another 18 calories. :bigsmile:0 -
Do one pushup. Bam.0

18 calories over is nothing, don't stress.0

I'm in a similar boat, but I still have 75 calories left.
The dessert I want is 80 calories, that would put me 5 over and ermagawd I doan wanna hit a plato.
Should i wait until almost midnight and eat most of it but save the last bite until after midnight so it counts as the next day?
Would I log it as 75 today and 5 tomorrow.
I'se so confused!0 -

brush your teeth for an extra long time to burn those 18 calories. but not too long, or you will be under and have to eat again. it's a fine balancing act.
also, it's important to remember... burro shaming is NEVER an option.0 -
In for crushing a pan of peanut butter brownies.0

You never know, she could be serious. I don't think it's funny. There are tons of people who actually become this obsessive.0 -
Careful. Assuming you are at maintenance...do this just 200 days in a row and you will have gained a full pound. 2000 days of this kind of wanton abandon and you'll have added TEN pounds. And in a little under 55 years of these kinds of shenanigans, you'll be ONE HUNDRED pounds heavier.
This is truly a dangerous path down which you are headed. Tread carefully.0 -
