I'm 18 calories over my goal for today.
Should I exercise this late?
Do you think I'd have to eat back the extra calories?
Do you think my BMI would be affected?
Do you think I should take selfies for before/after the 18 calories?
Should I increase my overall calories or decrease them?
If I have a calories deficit tomorrow will I enter starvation mode?

Well a 125 lb person burns 41 calories per half hour of typing, so do some more typing and then eat another 18 calories. :bigsmile:
Really? that much? holy cow... so If I typed all day (lets say 6 hours) I would burn over 492 calories just from typing?
