Hi everyone!

I'm joining on the advice of my Doctor. I am 37 years old and I've lost 105 lbs on my own over the years through diet and exercise. I am on medication for my thyroid and the levels have been upped recently, but over the past 6 months I've gained 25 pounds. It's frustrating since I didn't really feel my exercising an hour a day and watching my eating should lead to this weight gain.

My doctor is running tests, but in the meanwhile she wanted me to log my diet and exercise to kinda map out what I'm doing. Maybe where I can improve. I'm hoping to do all that and get to a goal and....tahhh dahhh work on the magic of maintainance. Wouldn't that be great? My goal is 35 pounds away.

I'd love to have some fitness pal friends to cheer on as well as cheer me on. I'm hoping logging and watching my exercise/eating becomes a habit. If anyone has a similar goal to me please add me :)

I'm also a wife, mother of two and a full time worker. So days are pretty busy!
