Pulled left groin muscle a week ago with 335 pound squat.
So tonight tried to do squats and things felt good until I got to my 2nd working set with a weight of 260#. And it started getting sore (feels super tight and hurts (3-4 on scale 0-10) anyways I called it quits on squats. Get depressed a lot lately.

Many activities are in mfp but I have no clue how to estimate my workouts or my general activity level.
