I have been on MFP for about 8 months, There have been many ups and downs, but mainly downs. I think I am in a frame of mind to get back up on the horse again. Losing 20 lbs in 13 weeks seems like a good challenge. So I would love to join. I weigh in on Sundays. Thank you for opening this group.

I know that this subject has been asked over and over again. But once again I have to ask it. I just walked on my treadmill for 75 minutes, on a one incline going between 3 and 3.3 . My treadmill does not weigh me. It read 683 calories burned, MFP says 487. I understand that MFP is generous with calories also. I do not…

Does what you eat matter?
My question is... does it matter what I eat as long as it is with in the calories allowed for the day. example.. if I have 250 cals left over for the day... could I eat a chocolate bar at 250 cals? Any time I have ever had a chocolate bar while on diet I have always thought of that as a failure. Help
