No peeking until the 13th of Oct

I started losing weight Jan of 2010. I joined MFP in early 2011, and was hoping by now to have been down or close to my desired weight goal, Instead I let myself go wild, while away on summer vacation, which would not have been so bad had I stopped there. However I continued on for the past two and a half months. I am finding it very difficult to get back the excitement to lose, so thought that maybe I could start a new today. I have decided to follow the 17 day diet ( as a guide line).

Is anyone interested in joining me? I have no idea how to start a thread, but I thought that surely it wouldn't be to hard to stick with something for just 17 days..

Here is what I am going to do and anyone is welcome to join in...

Weigh today or tomorrow. Come here and let us know. Then follow a food plan of your choice for 17 days. Come back here and let us know how your weight loss went during that time... no peeking till the 13th of Oct.

So I will start off.

Weight Oct 13th ??????
