New Year. New start. New hopes.

HOPE to start the New Year off on the right foot..
HOPE to get back on track with MFP
HOPE to get back walking on my treadmill

Today I have started all of the HOPES above.

Today I have weighed, UP,BUT still 20lbs lighter than when I started this in 2010
Today I have started to record my food.
Today I walked on my treadmill. 25 minutes on an incline of 1 at 3mph. Not much but a start.

But the biggest thing was I turned down a piece of Butter Brickle frozen dessert ( which is to die for)
