What are they doing down THERE???
My boobage is shrinking... and FALLING!!?!?!?!?! I mean they weren't exactly where they are supposed to be already (dang age and gravity and breastfeeding) but it is getting WORSE. Are there exercises that can help get these things pointed in the right direction????

How should I know how many calories I just burned???
So I decided to pull out the netflix card and see if there were any exercise videos. I found 10 Minute Solutions: Fat blasting Dance... or something like that. How much under goal is ok??
MFP helps us set goals for caloric intake based on how fast we want to loose... I know that you have to eat "enough" or you will go into starvation mode.... How much under goal is ok??? I just updated goals so that my intake is adjusted, but even this new goal i am usually well under on a typical day... but it seems silly…

When to weigh
I have always heard to jump on the scale first thing in the morning - after going to the restroom but before breakfast. Is this really a true weight or just the lowest of the day so it makes us feel better? I mean really... It is up to 4 lbs lighter than other times of the day!?!?!? Is that normal??
