yep yep... water water water... avoid sodium.. and move your body more. How old are your kids? I have 2 girls ages 6 and 4... they LOVE to have dance time or go bike riding or ANYthing with me... much easier now that they can participate and not be carried or pulled in the wagon or whatever.

I'm joining up for the week... a little late but here none the less. My goal is to exercise 250+ mins this week and stay under original daily goal (not counting burned cals) every day. So far, I'm doing pretty good. Pulled my bike out of storage and took a couple of short rides today... and I can feel it!!!

I'm in for 100 mins too!!! Even just got a new (to me) used tredmill... i can stop stomping a path around my house to walk (not in such a great area or on a great scheule for getting out to enjoy the weather very often)
