Blood type connection? Vegetarian vs. Paleo success?
Does anyone think there is a real connection between blood type and why some diets work for some people and not for others? Like blood type A thriving on Vegetarian/vegan because they don't digest animal protein well but they can digest grains easier, and blood type O thriving on Paleo/Primal because they don't digest…

And about 38 lbs down total from 2011. :) Military BF calculator says i'm at 20.6% body fat. (i used to be over 32%!) Now what? I'm going to work on maintenance for a month or two, see if i can cut down the body fat a tiny bit more... then seriously focus on building some muscle mass and gaining some lean weight this…

Gluten intolerance/allergy and Fingerprint creases?
I was reading that there may be a connection between gluten intolerance/allergy/celiac disease and the formation of creases/wrinkles on fingerprints (also known as white lines because they prevent you from making a complete fingerprint). Help with setting new goals
I'm 5'8" (small frame) 135 lbs, and about 21% body fat (waist 27", hips 37") As i'm nearing my original goal, i'm wondering what to do next and where to go from here. Ideally, i want to get down to 20% body fat (to still have plenty of body fat to be fertile, because i want to have kids soon) and then add on about 5-10 lbs…

I haven't seen a number this small on the scale since 2010. :) Before 168 lbs (2011) Today 138 lbs I'm at around 23-24% bodyfat right now... aiming for 17-20% or when i feel best/healthy.

Partial success and a minor setback
Okay, so here's the story. I struggled a lot with my mom's terminal cancer diagnosis, and because of depression and poor eating habits/choices my weight dropped down to my lowest - a very unhealthy 126 when i was barely eating anything (very little muscle mass and still a lot of body fat) and then ballooned up to the…
