Original goal met today! (28 lbs down in 5 months)

And about 38 lbs down total from 2011. :) Military BF calculator says i'm at 20.6% body fat. (i used to be over 32%!)

Now what? I'm going to work on maintenance for a month or two, see if i can cut down the body fat a tiny bit more... then seriously focus on building some muscle mass and gaining some lean weight this winter.

Very happy with where am at though and how far i've come in the past 5 months. Tracking (weighing/measuring) your food really works! To anyone just starting MFP... you can do this! :D
