Started MFP in May this year at 154 lbs. Weighed in today 3 months later at 133.4 lbs! :)

35 lbs down total. No pics today, just really happy with my 3 month progress. So close to goal... scale is telling me i'm 21% body fat, and my goal was 20%, so i'm almost there!

Will post new pics soon! :)

Amazing! How did you do it - just exercise & watching those calories?

    Basically. :)

    1. Track calories in and calories out (MFP and Fitbit). I have a food scale and i use it.
    2. Hydraulic resistance training 3 times a week (Curves) usually for about 30 min.
    3. Intermittent fasting (8 hr feeding window) and also make sure i get a solid 8 hrs of sleep every night in a fasted state.
    4. Gluten-free because of my hypothyroidism and to improve iron absorption (chronic anemia from blood loss).

    Thanks everyone! :D
